Ms. Pelaez is a member of the firm and her practice is devoted to real estate matters and financial institution and consumer credit regulation with an emphasis on Spanish language disclosures.  In her real estate practice, Ms. Pelaez has represented both individual and corporate buyers and sellers as well as lenders in both residential and multi-million dollar commercial transactions.  As a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Ms. Pelaez is able to address all of her clients title needs from identifying potential title defects, issuing owner’s and lenders title insurance policies to aiding her clients in the resolution of title defects.   In the regulatory field, Ms. Pelaez has represented Fortune 500 Companies, direct retailers, mortgage lenders, state chartered banks and bail bond companies in the preparation, translation, interpretation and implementation of Spanish language disclosures directed at various Hispanic groups.  This niche practice allows The Bray Law Firm, LLC to provide the most comprehensive and efficient representation of corporate financial clients who have a desire to provide access and services to the underbanked.
